The following are links to various community, non-school district support programs and resources that have been used by our students and their families.  We encourage our students and their families to explore outside resources and to ensure that the programs are a good personal fit for them.

LearnNowBC – This parent resources section of the LearnNowBC portal offers free services that support student-centered learning for K-12 students, adult learners, parents and educators.

Qmunity – Our group of passionate queers and allies works to make queer lives better. We are currently focused on: EDUCATION: Promoting and helping to create inclusive spaces, SUPPORT: Providing support to those affected by discrimination and homophobia, CONNECTION: Strengthening our communities through meaningful connections and ADVOCACY: Offering a unified voice to advance our communities’ interests.

Langley Community Services Society – Langley Community Services Society assists individuals and families to enhance their lives through the provision of information, services and programs.

Langley Youth and Family Services (LYFS) provide individual counselling and family counselling services. The program’s mandate is to provide preventative and supportive services including community conferences for children, youth and their families where the children and/or youth has been identified by actual or potential conflict with the law. LYFS accepts referrals either through the Ministry for Child and Family Development, RCMP or self-referral.

EncompassAll our Youth and Family Programs have a mandate to provide an integrated level of service and apply best practice methods that are individually based and responsive to the individuals needs and strengths. Encompass Support Services Society provides programs that are designed to support families and youth before, during and after concerns arise.  We plan, develop, facilitate and operate programs that not only respond to individual needs, but also the needs of the community as a whole.
